i don't know about growing hair faster (though i want that as well) as i rarely cut my hair (family rules). but i have heard from many of my friends that you have to frequently cut your hair so it grows longer? hahaha...maybe that's why my hair grows slowly because i always cut at least once in a year or two years. honest!! but i do know how to keep a healthy silky long hair. religiously wash your hair and use conditioner as well...use the right hair product for your hair...

Do you straighten your hair? Straightners can dry out the hair causing split ends which slow the hair growth. Eating vegetables regularly and getting your hair trimmed every four to five weeks will improve your hair growth, it just takes time.

My hair stylish told me to brush it a lot. Bend your head over and brush it from the back of your neck and the sides. I use to do 50 strokes everynight. You are activating the roots and helping them to grow.

there is this gel thing by Fructis, and it makes your hair grow faster and longer. It also helps to brush a lot. When you brush it, brush it from the root to your ends. That is all I know to make it grow longer fast. Hope it helps! good luck!

It's best to get your hair trimed every 6-8 weeks that way it will grow quicker.

If you eat a healthy diet and get plenty of rest and exercise it should grow nicely. However, genetically you will have a pre determined growth rate so it won't affect it dramtically.

Getting it trimmed regularly will help, but only extensions will give you long hair over night. You've just got to be patient I'm afraid!
