you cannot replace water with anything else. if you want to drink 8 glasses of water a day, then drink 8 glasses of water a day. everything else is not counted and does'nt have the same benefits.

teas have a load of extra caffeine and the tea itself may act as a natural laxative if you drink that much. I wouldn't do more than 2 tea 6 water a day

The original article saying people should get eight 8oz. glasses of water per day included a second, often missed, part. Most of that water is found in the food we eat and whatever we drink. You really don't need to drink 64oz of pure water every day. In fact, that much water makes some people sick.

eating water till now and after meal isn't the suitable theory. There are various motives to dodge eating water 30 minutes b4 and after a suitable meal. It makes you experience too finished and that i beleive your digestive fluids are diluted. suitable component to do is to fill a water bottle and save eating all of it day till eventually you're achieved with the day's quota. 2lt or 8 gl is the minumum. i'm 4 weeks and that i imagine atleast 10 gl. yet i have continually been a water drinker, so I are conscious of that is different for you.
