You need to call around and ask. You didn't mention how many men on the job, etc. You need to mention what you want one for. If you are in Smith River, it would probably be cheaper than Crecent City. If you are near Brookings, Or. there is a man named Mike who does good work and generally works alone. The Hardware store in Brookings could tell you who I mean.
