In 2 weeks I am going to a cruise and I am really fat, so I need help to know to get slim so if anyone can help me to get slim please tell me just that I won't stop eating, so please HELP ME!!!!

Well you left it a bit late! 2 weeks is not enough time to lose more than 5lb the sensible way. Just try to eat healthily, go mad at the gym for a couple of weeks and when you are on your cruise, make sure you take advantage of the exercise equipment and swimming pool! Good luck and have a good trip : )

There are two ways you can loose weight. You can eat less or work more. Either way it is simple math. If you consume more energy than you use in a day, your body will store it as fat.

I also want you to remember that you didn't put this weight on in 2 weeks. Don't expect it to magically disappear in two weeks. Gaining weight and loosing weight takes time unless you want to destroy your body. If being slim is worth dying for, try not eating until your thin. If it is something worth living for, it is time to change your life. Start working out, eating healthier and realize that it is something that you can do. It will take time and effort. If you give up, you'll never reach your goal.

Finally, everyone has a natural weight. Don't fight your natural weight. This may mean that you won't ever be 115 pounds and featured on the cover of Maxim. It's okay. Just try and get yourself to a healthy weight.

And next time you are feeling depressed and feel like eating just remember that exercise also releases endorphins. It will make you feel a hell of a lot better than eating a carton of ice cream.

Losing weight is an extremely difficult thing! But is is possible! First of all you are not going to get slim in 2 weeks, it takes time and serious commitment! Try joining one of those weight loss places such as Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss or Weight Loss Center. You can lose weight it just will take a bit longer! I went on a cruise for my honeymoon and I gained 10 pounds just eating normal! The foods are rich and they are not designed to help people lose weight! Maybe forget the diet until after you get back that way you will not be sabotaging yourself on your vacation and you will be able to enjoy yourself! Have fun! Cruises are not only for skinny folks! There are alot of things to do for everyone!

Ditch all the sweets first, including soda. Drink tons of water, even black coffee. Then take a couple mile walk every day. Skip fried foods, use as little oil as possible (you won't miss it). Eat steamed veggies. Don't buy those over processed Lean Cuisines, you'll just be hungrier. You'll find that eating healthier will stick with you. Because you'll eat so much on the cruise, just remember to return to a healthy lifestyle when you get back.

I lost 50 pounds this way. Keep up the walking!

My nutritionist really helped my out. He told me cardio, along with diet is key. He says to find a cardio activity you like and do that daily. I've been playing handball for 30 minutes every other day and jumping rope 15 minutes, which he says is equivalant to running for 45 minutes and it's helped me build some muscle and lose some fat and inches. Since the exercise is something I actually like doing I'm consistant and don't feel like it's a chore.

Buy the south beach diet book my friend lost 14 pounds her first week and her friend who is a guy did it and lost 16 pounds first week and the only weighed 210 and 223. AND THEY ARE LOOKING GOOD NOW!!!! it works in the long run but you have to exercise and you have to be willing to work out for a couple hours everyday and i can guarantee that you will be ready for your cruise. the book costs like 15 bucks but its well worth it.

One thing i reccomend is an excrice ball.They really work.All you have to do is get used to it and use it everyday.
If you are too big for it just get yourself walking everyday,and you'll feel better in the end.Why not put off the cruising till next year and get serious about losing weight.Good luck!

Eat less junk, eat more healthy food, excersize every other day for 45 minutes.

You can't be slim in two weeks, though. Unless you do something very unhealthy.

eat much less than u r used to. cut out all chips, cake, candy.... and don't eat really fattening foods. also, don't snack between meals an d if u r desperate a fruit. and after dinner don't eat! u wont be skinny but u will deff lose weight. and excersize!good luck!
