How do I get rid of hair colic?

Not sure if I spelled it right. But is there a way to get rid of hair colic?

One side of my head the hair looks normal...the others always poofed out a little.

You cannot get rid of a cowlick.

Try to find a style where the area is either very short or very long. That's about all you can do.
