Be famous or be born into lots of money. I just watched a special last night about all those colleges, Yale, Harvard, Brown, etc. They said it matters not what kind of grades you make, you can have a perfect GPA, but they favor those certain individuals that already have had everything handed over to them in life. They said they have an image to uphold...what kind of sh!t is that? It's true...

get a nasty SAT score, and 3 other subject tests
have a 4.0 gpa
pay app fee
essay

etc. it's all on the harvard site

Well one, you must have money and power within that university, such as your family donating to the universities foundations or one relative that went their, also once you have that then you have to have an extremely high G.P.A, SAT/ACT score and have been in alot of activities. Good luck
