It really depends on your tastes. And if adding lemon or cream is a way to mask the taste of plain tea (black, white, green, etc.) try these that have fruit flavors add to them.

It's really individual. You can put cream or just lemon or honey an any of them. You'll figure out which taste you like best. Green tea is great for you, while black tea makes the body a little more acidic.

Adding Lemon, Cream and sweeteners is a personal option! There are so many different options on the market right now that is hard to choose! Try getting a variety pack and see which ones that you like the best! I personally drink plain lipton tea with one sweet & Low and a dash of skim milk.

Simplified brewing:

Tea Ware: Mini tea set

Tea leaves can be steeped in the inner jar. Release the inner jar valve to drain liquor into the large jar. Pour liquor to teacups or use the jar as your teacup.

Water: 100ºC boiling water

Brewing:
1. Put reasonable amount of tea leaves to the inner jar

2. Rinse tea leaves with boiled water, release valve to drain

3. Use 1st lot liquor to wash and warm tea cups, or dispose the liquor

4. Enjoy your tea from the next and subsequent brew. Do not steep tea leaves for over 15 seconds in the 1st brew. Additional 5 to 10 seconds is required for each subsequent brew.

Warning: Do not have tea leaves steeped for too long. Overbrew tea has bitterness.

It is all personal taste if you want cream or lemon. With regular tea, I drink it with cream or milk and sugar. With peppermint flavour, I drink it without cream and sugar. Usually with flavoured teas, I drink them without cream and sugar.

a lot of that is personal preferece, but check and see if there's a tea/coffee shop in your area. the fresh blends are far superior to the bagged stuff in the grocery. ask the person behind the counter they should be knowledgeable about how each blend is served.........also try stevia for sweetner instead of sugar if you like a sweet tea.

only use milk in a normal cup of tea, if you use milk in fruit flavoured tea it will curdle. you can also use lemon in normal tea too but not lemon and milk.
