About 70-90 depending on the size and how much of the yolk you use.

If you make all three with mayonnaise, there wouldn't be much difference. And, tuna or egg salad without mayonnaise as the base, makes a kind of bland mixture. But you can substitute chicken broth for the mayonnaise in the chicken salad and still have it come out great so I'd say, of the three, you might be able to get the calories down in the chicken salad easier than the other two. Hope that helps.

Doesn't mat terr too much about the calories, 70 - 80 depending on size. It's the cholesterol in the yolk that's dangerous. There's enough cholesterol in just one egg to give you 50% of your daily need. Eat two and you're overdosing. Best advice is no more than three eggs a week.
