What a guy. Flowers never fail I reckon. But if she's laid up at home maybe a book or a DVD?

A little gift basket with Chicken noodle soup, motrin, thermos for tea or coffee, magazines, maybe a DVD. it depends on how sick she is, but I think a little basket would be really cute. And yeah, I might add a couple colorful flowers! Or just give her a massage and draw her a warm bath!

Roses, they help fragrance the room and brighten it up. And she can smell them and the aromatherapy from the scent actually speeds up the healing process. So flowers are not as cheesy as you think. And a card that has glitter on it so it shines when the light hits it. Maybe some magazines that are her favorites too. So she can read and not over do it.

ah what a nice guy..... I think that depends on the level of your relationship.... deep feelings .. something she cares for or collects... Flowers are all ways NICE >. I don't care what anyone says ... You know her better than anyone else...

One hint .. you could always call her mom and see if there is some thing the mom or dad used to do and replicate it ... that always works for me... like making soup at her house...

or just plain and simple taking care of her.. doing her laundry... cleaning up any messes .. making sure she is clean .. taking care of her .. when she can't is a way to really RACK UP the points.... IT WORKS ON ME .. it means you care. just being there... ( jimmy Fallon in the movie fever pitch.. when drew Barrymore was sick .. he took care of her for days.. vomit and all... that is a real man.. really ask any woman ... a true man.

flowers are nice when you are sick, they are always there and you gave them, shows you care, and that's nice. Hot tea (with a special flavour) and warm water bottle to take into bed is also nice. Or a fleece robe so she won't be cold if she has to go to the bathroom. Or a nice smelling body cream. (skin tends to dry when lots of time in bed)
Wish her a get well soon from me.

Flowers and a card. Bring over some chicken soup and gingerale. Maybe her favorite video and some girly magazines. Like Cosmo, glamour, self etc.

If I was sick and my boyfriend was going to bring me something over, I would probably think it was so sweet if he brought a thermos of chicken noodle soup and a get-well balloon. I think that is just the sweetest thing a guy can do for you when you are sick.

don't buy her food whatever you do although she would appreciate the gesture it would also show lack of thought as she is ill. Flowers, however "cheesy" it might be, roses especially would show that you truly care. Diamonds (depending on the length of your relationship) wouldn't go amiss either.

Rent a kids movie and offer to watch it with her. Coloring book and crayons at any age for doodling when bored. How about those chocolate eggs with the toy inside? Think of things that would make you crack a smile.

Bring her like some chicken soup and a single red rose. Maybe some orange juice because it helps you get better and then just stay with her for awhile to let her know you care.
