Let him know how much you appreciate him and what he did for the country. Just tell him. That means so much. And please tell him thanks for me too.

I think your family was enough for him at the party. He has been through alot and the last thing he needs is to have a bunch of people around.Be glad that only family was there.Remember things happen for a reason. It's best that only people that truely care for him are there for the first couple of days. You could make him lunch and if your older take him out. You could help him get his room together. There are alot of things u can help him with. Plus tell him how much u miss him and love him.Good luck hon and tell him thank u from me for fighting for our country.

Give him a hug and kiss form all of us on here!!

You know, when my uncles use to come back, they wanted to see family a few days, then go out on their own and do what ever they felt like.

Ask if he'd like to do something. It really depends on where you live and what your area has to offer.

say this to him...................

A Moment for You

There are angels on earth
and I know you’re one.

Like an angel,
you watch over special ones.

Keeping them safe from harm,
and making sure they’re alright.

Lifting them up,
and restoring hope in their life.

Guiding them toward happiness,
no one ever needs to feel alone.

Because you’re loving presence is never far,
and your wings are never known.

But their constant comfort is felt every day,
So, if you ever wonder, you do make a difference in everyway.

Do you have a local newspaper? If you do why not contact them and see if they are willing to do a piece on someone who loves their country? Or why not just write something nice and give it to him. Tell him you love and appreciate him. And tell him thanks for me.
