Dude, you need to move on for now because you may run into another girl that will catch your eye. As time goes by, you and your ex may end up being best friends, who knows, ya'll might get back together. Hope all is well for you, and go out and have fun. Live Dude :)

Oh i remember this stage in life, "she is the only one for me", the gears are turning in the mind "how can i be happy again", Start hanging out with different people. Go to places to find a girl that will not just break your heart or use you till another guy comes along she likes better. Go to Church, get involved with activities where you will be exsposed to other girls near your age. What can it hurt? I have been let down so many times i can't count them. Everybody says "there are more fish in the ocean", Well i'm sure you know the drill by now. Just remember; it's not the end of the world, just another bump in the road. Oh one more thing--Do not let her know that she's brought your world to a stand still. When you come face to face with her, force a smile on your face, and "ACT"! like you are a "happy go lucky guy". I've used this trick before and it drives them nuts!! Hang in there, tell your parents, ask there advice, they will be quick to give you an answer. They love you and want the best for you, maybe consider proffessional help if you continue to haver on your mind. Don't let your grades drop! There is a quote in the Bible in the book of Eclesiastes, it says "REJOICE IN THY YOUTH OH YOUNG MAN", I first saw this quote in the movie Good Morning Vietnam. I wish i had known that when i was in my youth. Do you have any hobbies? Try to help people that are less fortunate. I once helped a lady pick up some animales from the humane society and take them to a nursing home. Suddenly the people there started smiling and there faces came alive with happiness. Just to pet a puppy made there day and i took notice that i was not the only one in town that was lonely. I had a different outlook on life. Oh well, i just thought i would put my two cents in. Remember, the world will turn. Best of luck! I am 52 years old and my 32 year old wife gave birth to our first child ever, a beautiful daughter, she will be 1 yr old this month. I waited a long time to find happiness. I had to travel to the Philippine Islands to meet her, a 30 hour flight, but it was an adventure for me. I hope i have'nt bored you too much, it's just that i know what heartbreak is, you are not alone. Take care and keep looking forward.

Wow, of course you can't stop thinking about her. It's probably first love and your hormones are raging. Believe me, I'm 17 and was just like you, still am sometimes or what Am I saying all the time. It took me over a year to get over my EX and look at other girls and I still think about her. Its impossible to forget people you like or love, or feel strongly for - but you learn to live without them and find that it wasn't strong love, when someone right comes along.

But you will realize when something's over its over and you should go out and mingle with friends and other girls and you'll find yourself crushing before you know it. I find when you lose a relationship that you thought was perfect, and you start thinking you want no one else but that person, and that you'll be alone forever - someone better and more right for you comes along. So cheer up boy, and go out and enjoy your life.

P.S: 3 cheers to the lady 'November' below me!
