**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

get off your butt and exercise! I am a lifelong speed skater accept for the past few years I had to take off after being hit by a drunk driver. I just started again and not only is this a proven fact but from my own experience if you ollerblade at least two hours every day as hard as you can, swinging your arms and controlling your breathing you can burn almost 1 pound every hour. Usually more. Also eat nothing but tuna or salad and tuna w/out dressing for 14 days and you will lose 10 pounds. Hope it helps! Oh, the south beach dinners are fantastic too! They are full of all the nutrients you need a overloaded with protien to help build muscle and burn fat faster. If you excersize early in the morning, the first thing you do after waking, you burn fat faster and then always wait an hour to eat after working out for maximized fat burning. I just lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks doing all of this. Good luck!

I'd go the "sensible diet" route as mentioned by the first person to answer. You may only have lost 5-7 pounds by Thanksgiving, but if you keep it up you'll have it all off by Christmas (and the holiday parties) and find it easier to keep off in the new year. Make some changes starting today, and stick with them. On THanksgiving, don't go crazy--eat a normal to slightly above normal-sized dinner, and get back on track the next day.

I'm now not certain truthfully. I doubt you'll lose 10 lbs in in the future (absolutely now not). Problem is that you just can not believe the media anymore. Sure they have got celebrities endorsing matters, however for all we all know they might be studying a script. And of path brands will say their product will paintings; they desire to promote them!! My bet is that you just will have to seem at the whole thing skeptically and do somewhat of study. At the Kimkins site we have several challenges started by members with Thanksgiving and Holiday goals. Even "Hot Chicks Getting Hotter" has a holiday focus!
A cleansing diet or grapefruit or other crash diet will "work" but if you don't permanently change your food choices the weight will come right back. If you think this will happen, don't throw away your old clothes.

You are not going to loose 15 pounds in just three weeks. Why 115 pounds? Do you plan on eating enough at Thanksgiving to gain 15 pounds???? Just eat sensibly and exercise everyday and do not overeat at meals just because it is a holiday.

Thanksgiving is only 3 weeks away. It is not possible to lose 15 lbs in such a short amount of time. If you do, it will mostly be water weight and you will gain it all back.

do your grocery shopping with a list and a time limit that way you re less likely to stray into the processed foods section
