I studied Islam, Hindu, Buddhism, Catholicism, Mormonism, Seventh Day Advetist and the Bible.

I chose fundamental Christianity because of the proof of the Bible through prophecy.

I am a Christian and have remained a devoted follower of Christ even after studying Buddhism, Shintoism, Taoism, and some Islam (although not as much as the others). I have also studied many of the cults of christianity such as Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses and others.

I was born and raised Christian. One of my high school English teachers was a Baha'i and I used to borrow books (on all topics) from him. One day, I borrowed a Baha'i book. That led to reading more Baha'i books, then to attending meetings. I became a Baha'i. Since then, I have studied all other major religions, both formally in college courses and informally through reading at home and participating in online discussions. My love of Baha'u'llah and His Writings has led me to read the Qur'an, since Baha'u'llah sometimes quotes from It.

I started a Catholic, then bounced around the various Protestant denominations, I studied Buddhism, Hinduism, and various of the neo-Pagan faiths, eventually becoming a Meso-Pagan Druid, although I have strong ties with Wicca.

My approach to learning about other religions is not so much to make sure I chose the right one but more to be tolerant of others and to be able to speak to people of all religions without inadvertantly stepping on anyone's toes. I have studied Islam, Catholicism, Mormon, Zoroastrianism, The I am discourses, wicca. I find them all fascinating and all having good points to them. I am about to embark on a study of scientology and satanism, paganism, the amish faith, and buddhism.
