The first thing you need to do is find a salon that carries Dudley Hair Care Products. An internet search should help with that. Dudley isn't fancy but works better than anything I've used on my clients. A couple of good web sites are:
www.redken.com and www.wella.com I frequent these sites a lot and can usually find what I'm looking for.

From your question, it sounds like you have ethnic hair.
Is your hair falling out, is the entire hair coming out? Or, is it breaking off at the point you colored it, leaving a little hair at the scalp?
If the case is the second, do not do any relaxer on your hair until it has grown out a bit and is healthier, or you will end up with no hair left.
If it is falling out completely you need to make sure you don't have any health problems. Hair will usually fall out after a stressful period in your life.
In the mean time, use deep conditioner treatments. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and towel dry it, then take a bunch of heavy conditioner and work it into your hair and scalp so it is coated everywhere. Next, wrap a plastic bag or even a towel around your hair to keep it warm. Leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse. It may make your hair limp for styling but it is the only way to start rebuilding your hair.
For products to use, visit a salon and talk to a stylist. Tell them you want a shampoo for damaged hair, a normal conditioner for chemicallly treated hair, and a deep conditioner for repair. You can also see if they sell heavy conditioner with protein in it. With the protein you will only use it once a week, and do the regular heavy conditioners 2 times a week.
Do this for 2 weeks and reassess your hair.
I have been a cosmetologist for 20 years, I've seen it all.
Good luck.

Luster's Pink Oil Hair Lotion.
It can be found just about anywhere anymore & its reasonably priced. You can get it at Kmart, WalMart, Giant Eagle, CVS ...like I said pretty much anywhere.
Here's a little about it...
Pink Oil Moisturizer Hair Lotion comes in a lighter formula that won't weigh hair down -- and there's no build-up! Use Pink Light Oil Moisturizer Hair Lotion to help guard against the damaging effects of hot combs and curling irons, to restore your hair's nutrients and to protect and moisturize dry, dull and damaged hair. It's ideal for color-treated hair, relaxed and specialty styles and natural and short styles
Here's a link if you want to see it so you know what to look for when you go shopping.

I have hair that needs a relaxer, and here's my advice to you: either relax it or color it, DO NOT do both. hair of the type that requires relaxing cannot take the strain of so many chemicals without serious damage. use leave in conditioner every day (regis designline olive oil leave in conditioner works for me), and like someone already said, use alcohol free mousse to style your hair. avoid heat for awhile as well. let your hair air dry.

use extra herbal essenses conditioner, they have one just for colored hair. (thats what i use and my hair is always silky when i use it) use leave-in conditioner and when you straighten it when you use products it makes your hair silky. hope that tip helps you! (Oh and NEVER rub your hair with a towel, it damages it, and leave it to air dry once in awhile, i also heard it's better for your hair, if you just wash it EVERY OTHER day.) GOOD LUCK!

First, you need to wash your hair, and use a good shampoo. It will cleanse it. Try not to color your hair anymore, only when absolutely necessary. Instead of using unhealthy gels, try to use a moose' once. I suggest one that is "foamy"
