Jesus would say I think, He among you who haven't sin be the first to cast the stone. We need laws in society and Jesus also teaches to respect these as all things are from God for us to experience, Hussein will receive the price for his corporal sins as he will for his spiritual sins once he faces God. It is not for you to worry about, instead pray that such a person can somehow come to the realization of their misdeeds and repent and beg our Lord for forgiveness. Only God can forgive if we ask it in Jesus' name Amen.

Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Christ wasn't a pacifist. Read the book of Revelations and you will see that Christ isn't a pacifist. In fact here is what Christ said the ultimate fate of a murderer is.
Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Certain crimes warrant certain punishments. Or the punishment should fit the crime. Murder and Rape are two crimes God demands capitol punisment for so that these things will cease to happen, at least not nearly as much anyway.
It's true he came to fulfill certain laws in ordinaces like blood sacrifices, meaning you don't have to go out and kill a lamb to sacrifice to God for the remission of sins, but the main laws are still in tact. like Thou shalt not kill. Which is better translated Thou shald not do any murder. Murder is always killing but killing isn't always murder. I can kill a roach and that isn't murder, or I can kill a person who is trying to murder me. That wouldn't be murder but self defense.
Heb 9:8 The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing:
Heb 9:9 Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;
Heb 9:10 Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.
Heb 9:11 But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
Heb 9:12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
Christ didn't change the sacraficial laws either. He merely became the sacrafice, which is why he is called the Lamb, or the Lamb slain.
Eph 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
Eph 5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour
Christ didn't elaborate much on the matter of murder and its consequence or any other sin and there earthly consequences because he didn't come to condemn people but to save people but he also didn't come to change any laws only fulfill them.
Mat 9:10 And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.
Mat 9:11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
Mat 9:12 But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
Mat 9:13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance
This is probably why many Christians call for the execution of Saddam because we are mandated to cary out law. To set a standard. To say this type of behaviour is unacceptable. This is why I believe Christians shouldn't go out there and tell someone why they should be Christians but to live by example and to show them how its done. Unfortunately men aren't perfect and although I'm sure many Christians believe they are perfect, we aren't perfect either so things don't always work out like they should.
