STEP 1: Drink a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda stirred well and dissolved in a 1/2 glass of water to relieve the rumble of acid indigestion or heartburn. Drink the mixture quickly and repeat in two hours, if needed. Adults under 60 can safely do this up to seven times in one 24-hour period.
STEP 2: Eat a banana. Bananas soothe the stomach and counteract the acids that cause upset stomach. They are also easily digested and can help to ease diarrhea.
STEP 3: Drink strong ginger ale or tea, or chew on a piece of candied ginger to relieve nausea. In China, ginger has been used to treat upset stomach for 2,000 years.
STEP 4: Drink peppermint tea. Peppermint calms the muscles of the stomach.
STEP 5: Relax. Take a warm bath, lie down and listen to music, curl up with a good book. Let go of stress in a way that works for you.
STEP 6: Avoid foods and drinks that may cause upset stomach or gas. Some of these are coffee, onions, cauliflower, chocolate, fried foods and baked beans.

you can try either lemon or orange juice or both. They both should work fine treating the problem. You can also try eating all kind of cherries and berries, they will strengthen your heart and you will be less likely to get an upset stomach and vomiting. Fruits are always the best when treating the stomach and vomiting problems. ok one more thing, don't eat donut at night; sweets do tend to get your system in trouble specially at night time.. Try taking donuts in the morning if you badly wana eat them but i would suggest not to eat donuts until your stomach heals and vomiting goes away. hope it helps..

Don't take any medicine. If your stomach can handle it, try a little ginger ale or 7-Up. But only a couple sips at a time until you feel better. When you're up for eating, try saltine crackers or dry toast.
Hope you feel better soon!

place a few drops of peppermint tincture under your tongue and the queasy feeling should go away in a few minutes. Or take a hot shower and let the water run on your tummy . or drink some slippery elm bark tea.

boiled plain rice and boiled plain chicken (yes it has to be very bland) might do the trick to ease his stomach. Would call the vet and ask how u can make him comfortable until u can get him up to the vet. also make sure he is drinking plenty of water

Whenever I vomit, which I hate to do, I use coke syrup over ice chips for radical relief. It is over the counter, but you have to ask the pharmacist for it!
