Join the gym that is nearest your house, even if it isn't the nicest one around. The nearer it is the less excuses you have for not going and once you start you quickly get into the routine and then not going would be the unusual thing to do!

Get a planner and set a time on specific days of the week when you will work out. Make time to exercise and make sure you use that time to be active, don't slack off or you will never get fit. Get a few friends to go work out with you, that way if you feel like being lazy one day you'll have friends there to push you to do. On top of this, eat a balanced diet and you will be on your way to being healthy and fit. At first it can be a pain in the butt to exercise on a schedule, but trust me, it gets easier and it is totally worth it!! Good Luck!!

Do something that you will enjoy doing and mix it up. do fun stuff like dancing, kickboxing, jogging outside, etc. That way you won't be bored with it. Or joing a gym class. That way if your spending money and it is schedule you are more likely to stick with it.

i usually start my day off by walking at least 45 mins.before work,i do it outdoors,the fresh air is so refreshing???after a while it builds my stamina and i have more energy in the evenings to do other exercises....try it..good luck
