I recently started using Sexy Hair soft hold spray on my fine haired clients and they love it. Yesterday I rolled my client's dried hair on large velcro rollers, used the Sexy Hair Soft Hold Spray, let it sit for about 5 minutes and her hair looked great! Full, shiny, and not sticky or hard. After brushing her hair into place we gave it a final spray to finish and she looked great.

Voluminous shampoos should add some fullness. They can dry out the hair and if you color it, make your color not last as long. I would use the voluminous shampoo and a good conditioner (that doesn't need to be a voluminous conditioner) never use conditioner on your roots. Sunsilk has a new pump hair product for volume. I like to use it. Blow dry up at the roots for lift. I spray my hand with hairspray and go underneath my hair to the roots and kind of push up on them for volume. Then I smooth the top if needed and spray. I currently use herbal essence hair spray.
When you leave your hair to dry naturally, that is when it looks the fullest. If you have any body you can work with, let it dry and then herbal essence in the purple container, shampoo/conditioner and mousse for curls works great. For the most volume do not use the mousse until your hair is almost (just about) dry, You can add curls/volume to the top with a curling iron if necessary and then sparingly use the mousse in your hands (rubbed together) to gently scrunch your curls in a soft molding fist. Once you get the hang of it, and the mousse will take care of any frizz, you will like it! If you use the mousse on wet hair, to me it does not work as well. Good Luck. :)

i would say dont put all that hair krap in it, they say it makes your hair thicker or whatever, but i think it makes it greasy and gross, and it certainly isnt healthy for your hair most of the time. just blow dry it upside down, dont brush it after you brush it, itll flatten it. but if you find a hair product that works on your hair, then use it.

Brushing your head while holding your head upside down and spraying [lightly] with hair spray or a holding spritz will do wonders.

Aussie has a mouse and volumiser in one, I can't remember what its called, its something like 'dual personality' its in a purple can. Its a mouse and leave in conditioner, this is really awesome, it gives volume and leaves your hair so soft.

and to hold fussy hairs down, spray high hold aerosol hairspray onto a toothbrush and use it to clean up stray hairs. to control static, fix them by running your fingers through your hair after you have applied body lotion.
