i am a 20yr old male and i want to start getting fit i used to train alot. i want to build up my cardio and strength, i enjoy working out but i always feel weak and lazy i have been to my docs and had tests and nothing is wrong. i just wanna get past this and train preferbly for kickboxing can any one help? when i train i feel like it gets harder every time, i sleep well and eat well i let my body recover. also as im restarting my training how often should i train and how long for?

Train as long as you can while your still comfortable and not exhausted. as for it getting harder its because you are learning more advanced techniques as you go along and gaining more muscle mass while losing fat.

This is a typical teenage thing, maybe it is just taking a little longer to leave you as you say you are 20 years old. Start small, go to classes if you can, train with a partner again if you can. What to do suggest you try 'everything' see what sticks, kickboxing sounds like fun, karate myself as I enjoy the club atmosphere. Above all be sure to enjoy it.
