Sort of.
Jesus is omnipresent -- which means He is everywhere at all times. Even if you haven't made Him Lord of your life, He watches over you.
Satan doesn't bother with you. He concentrates on the big guys, leaders, rulers, etc.
But, satan's demons (fallen angels) monitor everything you do.
But, if you make Jesus Lord of your life, those demons will have no power over you.
Jesus is our protector. He is faithful.

Satan...maybe or maybe not. The thing with Satan is that once he has you in his clutches, he abandons you, and will only reappear if you begin moving closer to God.
