Here's what I mean. I'm 4 ft 11.5 inches tall. Yeah, I'm not pretty tall, lol. I used to weigh 134 lbs. The extra weight was killing me! I was always feeling tired and my knees were hurting a lot. With diet and exercise I'm down to 119. I feel much better, and my body has made quite a transformation. However, I still have some flab on my tummy. Will doing ab exercises everyday do the trick? I don't want to lose more weight and end up looking sick skinny. Also with the weight I've already lost, my butt is kinda disappearing too, lol. It looks nice, but still needs a little work. That's another reason I don't want to lose more weight. Can anyone give me some pointers in the getting fit in the right places?? Thank you.

4'11", 119 lbs.
Your BMI score is: 24.0

A BMI score of 18.5 to 24.9 indicates you have a healthy body fat ratio. Remember to keep your healthy lifestyle by eating right and exercising.
you are at a healthy weight, I would recommend doing some cardio. running, walking all types of machines. your muscles will tone all over not just in one spot, there is no way to just tone one part of your body

Crunches my friend, crunches. When you do the crunches, suck your gut IN. This is very important so your abs will form compact and not large. ALso, for your butt, do lunges holding weights (I use 2 kg, but I have a small bum, so I suggest you use something lighter.) do about 3 sets of 12 reps. Oh and walking is great, expcetially up hill

I have a very good feeling that crunches will help flatten that tummy. Yes, I know, crunches- ugh. But if you start out with like, 15 a day, then go to 30, then go to 40, and start making your way up like that, you will have a flat tummy in no time.

I did sit down-united statesand walked plenty. began out with as many sit down-united statesa. i could cope with, and worked my way as much as approximately 2 hundred at a time. The walking additionally helped my hips & thighs. at an analogous time as i became status with no longer something to do (waiting in line on the food market, working in the back of the counter as a cashier myself, status on the kitchen sink washing dishes, and so on.) i'd in basic terms tighten my belly muscular tissues and carry it for a count style of 10, then enable it bypass & repeat. in basic terms shop "unconsciously" tightening those muscular tissues. It takes time, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it works. you additionally can stand on your ft at an analogous time as status in place to help your calf muscular tissues; and tighten your buttocks to help in that section besides. does not value a cent!
