that's a meal on it's own but if you really want something else a green salad would be nice.

Honestly, if it's one of the crockpot dinners, I would add more meat. My experience - the flavor was good, plenty of veggies & sauce, but there was hardly any meat to be found. Since it has biscuits, I wouldn't add dumplings. A side dish I would pair - corn souffle or casserole and a leafy big green salad -- tomatoes, onions, bleu cheese -- whatever you like in your salad. Fruit salad for dessert. There's always mac 'n cheese.

I totally agree with ricnnl....it's a meal itself! When I make Beef Stew, I have Dumplings instead of biscuits, that's it, no side dishes. It is filling enough!

Don't do a side dish. There's already so much in the stew and biscuits that you should have everything covered as far as meat, starch, veggies.. Do a dessert instead. Root beer flaots.

Its kind of a one pot wonder. This means that it already includes the meat, veggies and carb. I really would leave it as is and maybe just focus on a desert item for something extra. If you absolutely have to have something on the side try bagged salad.

Ummmm. Garlic mashed potatoes. Just make mashed potatoes with milk, salt, and pepper like normal, then add garlic powder to taste. Some people like to eat stew on the potatoes, or just on the side.Yummm. Now I'm hungry.

Your favorite vegetable and a nice salad. The prepared dinner sounds low on veggies.

A good spinach salad, or regular salad. Another option would be applesauce. Something cool in comparison to something hot.

In the superstore, fruits are usually chosen far too soon. Some are rocks, many are wrong. Some of the fruit and vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
