I have a lot of cocoa powder and having a group over for Bible study. I would like to make a large batch of cocoa. Any good recipes?

3-1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup Irish cream flavored powdered nondairy creamer
8 cups water
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients except water in 3-4 quart crockpot. Stirring with a wire whisk, gradually add the water until mixture is smooth. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Stir mixture with wire whisk before serving.


Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired. 12 servings

i suppose you could double this.....

4 cups skim milk powder
3/4 cup cocoa
1 cup icing sugar
10 cups water

combine first three ingred. in 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. stir well.
add water, stir, cover and cook on low for at least three hours until hot.

top with whipped cream, sprinkles, or chocolate shavings and serve.
