what makes you any better than the people on here who tell you that you worship demons and are going to burn in hell? Fundies are fundies whether they worship a god or a goddess

Fundies and zealots are not exclusive to any particular group.

All that I did was ask what other people consider a Warlock. Most of the Major Traditions, Garderian, Alexandrian, Correllian, Dianic, Reclaiming, Faery, Celtic, Druidic, they ALL use the term to mean Oath Breaker. This equals hundreds of thousands worldwide. I never said I was better than anyone else. Sounds like you have issues, oath-breaker, consult a Goddess! I try to bring Healing and Peace, you bring confrontation and anger.
Blessed Be

There are fundies in every religion, Wicca included. Personally, I haven't seen many of them, but that doesn't mean I'm denying their existance. I think you're right, although I also think they were just trying to set the record straight, that's all. I think every single person on this YA section needs to take a deep breath.

Every group has extremeists, Wicca included. Most of them that fit the fundamentalist label are those who belong to the established traditions such as Gardnerarian, Alexandrian, Dianic, etc. They believe you can't stray from the tradition and beliefs of each group at all without causing major problems. Which is not true, but that is what they teach.

Wow! For someone who punctuates his screenname with crosses, you sure are cranky! Fundamentalist Christians would worship demons according to your rant, honey. Take a chill pill and let people be. You may be interested to know that pagans worship a goddess and a god. Feel better now? No, take two aspirins and remember: free will.

I agree with you. Fundamentalist Wiccan - thats a good one. Then the ones who insist anyone not following their particular traditional path are not Wiccans but Neo-Wiccans. The religion is only a little over 50 years old - it is a Neo-religion on its own and still has a lot of growing to do.

Skip the labels - harm none - mind your own business.

A fundamentalist is generally who takes a literal interpretation of a religion, especially Christianity. Since Wicca tends to change with every book of the month club list, it really doesn't have any fundamentalist members.

Please do not judge all of us by the actions of one. I don't think that all Muslims are terrorists, I don't believe that all Mormons are polygamists, and I don't believe that all Christians hate anyone who doesn't share their beliefs. Please show the same respect for me.
