Yahoo and MSN are competitors. You won't find them in the same program. However you can download either Yahoo or MSN toolbars by going to Yahoo.com or MSN.com, respectively.

After the download you can set your home page to www.msn.com or www.yahoo.com You just open the tools on the top of the IE7 tray and drop down to Internet Options. And tyep in either one you want to be your home page. Then click on apply and ok.
Hope that your Microsoft Windows platform has a valid key as you don't say what platform that you use. If you don't have a valid key don't even waste your time with the download.
Microsoft will check atleast four times during the download to verify with their WGA tool that your platform has a valid key. If the key is not valid, they will have your IP address and you could find yourself in jail. Plus you will not get any critical updates or any other downloads from Microsoft.
If you already have IE running as an older version, you don't have to remove, because the new installation will remove for you an install the new version.
You should know if your key is valid, that the downloading of IE7 is quite strange. First you will get the download. The Microsoft will tell you to reboot your system while the wizard is showing on your monitor. Then Microsoft will tell you that after you reboot your monitor will be blank an all you will see is the wizard to guide your through the installation. (After the installation I was shocked really to see all my programs load.. I really don't trust Microsoft). This time they new what they were talking about.
