My daughter and you are almost exactly the same age and weight, and I was rail thin at that age, so in her case and possibly yours it may be simple genetics. Let me make a couple of observations, however.

First, my guess is that you just recently gained height, and are early on in the female development department. So your bones are growing faster than the rest of you.

Second, the amount of food you listed is low in calories and proteins, which are the essential building blocks for the rest of the body during this period of growth. So you need to ratchet things up and enjoy what you eat, while increasing both the amount and the nutrition level.

In other words, you don't have to go out and pig out on doughnuts, chips, and pizza, but you do need more of the good stuff in your diet. For example, cut up a banana and put it in your cereal, and have a glass of milk on the side. Heck, a piece of wheat toast on the side with butter and jelly wouldn't hurt either. When you have the salad, make sure that there's some protein (egg, ham, turkey, etc.) and a few more veggies (tomatoes, olives, etc.) on it, and have a nice healthy serving of some kind of minute rice and maybe some more steamed veggies along with the fish. It wouldn't hurt to take a woman's multivitamin, either.

My daughter also drinks the same kind of protein drinks that body builders and dieters drink, by the way. [Paradoxically a person wanting to lose weight needs to eat the same things that a person who wants to gain does -- because the body's nutritional needs are somewhat constant.]

Finally, don't let weight or lack of it get you thinking that you are anything less than a wonderful creation of God. Some of my best friends (female) growing up were thin all the way into high school and blossomed a bit later, but it was what was in their hearts that made them worth spending time with.

Luck and good fortune on your path ahead, I pray.

Are you serious? With a diet like that, no wonder you aren't gaining weight. Try a few donuts, sour cream/butter on a baked potato and a t-bone steak! If that doesn't work then just except your weight as it is and be happy. I weighed 101 pounds when I got married at age 23, 109 pounds when I got pregnant with my twins and now weigh 113 pounds at age 40. Some people are just meant to be skinny and there are some people out there that would just like to stomp the sh*t out of you for saying that!

The site I checked into this on says you should be a minimum of 107 lbs for your height.

The same site says that to maintain a weight of 90 lbs (as low as it's charts go) you should eat 1746 calories a day. I am curious as to what you are eating daily if your weight is this low. Most active, healthy teens have no trouble eating that many calories a day.

May I suggest a trip to the doctor? I have known of one girl who had a high metabolic problem, and she was extremely thin, and losing weight. Her doctor got her help. She takes medication daily for this condition. You might -- guessing here -- have something similar. Ask a professional.

Well, you're weight effectively isn't healthy! You're definitely not eating enough! Try to eat more, but if you're training, don't become a couch potato just to gain weight. Just eat a little more, and keep on eating healthy food, as you are currently doing. If you never feel hungry and that eating makes you sick, doctors can help you. But you need to eaaaaatttt!
