My dad was on hospice for 25 days and had a lot of time to think about his death. When he talked, he let us know that he wanted to plan his funeral and arrangements. He liked to look at pictures and talk about the past. I guess if you're asking what his last thoughts were, I'd say he was thinking about his regrets ... he had some things that he wished he'd done ... but at that point it was too late.

What does he think about before death? I guess it depends upon what kind of a man he was and what kind of a life he led.....after death there's not much to think about, you're either praising in heaven or cursing in hell!

He remembers whatever good and bad things he has done in his life and prays to god to forgive him for his bad deeds and to give physical and mental happiness in the next life. So wake up now before getting old.
