When a boxer - or anyone for that matter - is knocked out, what is actually happening inside the head to make the person lose conciousness?

Whenever a boxer is hit hard enough in a certain place, the fist compresses arteries in the neck and causes a minor stroke. This may sound bad, but it really isn't.

The brain bounces around inside the cranium which results in unconsciousness

At the moment of impact, the brain basically bounces off of the skull, which in turn is the main cause of many concussions.

the fighter is unable to continue.a fighter does not have to knocked unconcieous to be ko;d.a good body shot can defeat an opponent.

its a spark ,you have a motor in your Brain,and it runs every thing to a tune when something disturbs it or attacks it,the motors spark is for the survival of the brain .unconsciousness coma.
