I'd say which ever shampoo is right for your hair type. As far as body sprays go, don't wear axe or tag, they seem really cheap, plus everybody wears them, if you live in the UK Hackett makes some nice body sprays, I like the one called bespoke. Or you could wear cologne, it's more expensive, but it's worth it, I like Allure homme by Chanel.

Try Awahpuhi Shampoo or the new Tea Tree line. I don't know about body sprays as everyone has different preferences but try several samples and when you find one that gets you compliments.....go with it! I personally like Aqua de Gio by Giorgio Armani.

i dunno about the shampoo.
but if you wanna smell good i would say keneth cole "Black" or Abercrombie and Fitch's "Fierce". Those knock me off my feet everytime. mmm.
