Stop because you haven't gotten a 'lead' role?
Is this something you enjoy?
How many people have played the supporting actor before getting a lead? And how many never get that lead but are well known for their supporting talent? Only you can decide if you should continue.

Do you enjoy acting, or is this just a way to be competitive?
If you truly love it, stick with it.
If you are just trying to 'beat out' your friends, why bother?
Jealousy is a BIG waste of energy... try investing that energy by really concentrating on taking on your character's persona, and I'll bet leads will be yours before too long.

If you quit - you get time, freedom, relief and no more disappointments,
If you continue You always have chance to get first plays.
For me I like easy life without any stress.
WHAT YOU CAN WIN ANYWAY? - is just own satisfaction?.

there are no small parts just small actors
if you need the spotlight to be happy get out now, if you just want to perform, perform
