Your question has two parts. The answer to the first is any illegal alien from any country should be sent back to that country unless there are extenuating circumstances as defined by the INS. The second part of your question is only rhetorical and insulting to the people of Florida.

All illegals should be dumped in the ocean and made to swim back to their own country, imho.
As for you, I suggest you spend a little more time in south Florida and learn about the gay community there....you'd be surprised at what you don't know.
