She's benefitting from that "dangerous" science by posting a message on an Internet that did not exist 20 years ago, using a computer that did not exist 100 years ago. Sounds pretty hypocritical to me.
Don't you wish mothers like this (who are teaching their children to be babbling idiots) could be pinged by the child protective services?

An alternate translation:
1 Tim 6:20 -- O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge. (NKJV)
No, there is nothing Satanic about science. Right knowledge of the way God's creation works is good. It is the scientists that are dangerous, not science.
I've heard it said that Abraham was an accomplished astronomer of his day. And who is more faithful than he?

I guess in this bible verse it depends on how you look at it. It could be saying to avoid oppositions of science, or to oppose science. It really does depend on how it was meant. I believe in science. I mean it's there it's tangible and it can even back up some things that people have faith in. So no I do not believe that science is the work of Satan.

Science is not dangerous, just as a gun is not dangerous. It is the user of science or of a gun who is dangerous. Without science you would not be enjoying all the pleasures of life. You would not be using a computer. Think about it, you cannot do much if it had not been for science. Satan is a myth. You can be satan. In fact there is a satan in you whether you like it or not. You have to learn to tame satan inside you.

Science can be dangerous. The world around us is dangerous. So it only goes to reason that the science, the study of the world around us, would be dangerous. However, Satan does not exist, so he can have no works. And even if he did exist, he was ultimately the work of god.

science is a very useful tool, that is until the scientists run into walls and just start spreading their theories around like facts...that's dangerous. And science can't be the work of Satan...Satan doesn't exist. You can only believe in Satan if you believe in god, Satan is a Jewish bellief, the Devil is a christian belief, So, no god, no Devil.

god gave us the brains we have for a reason. i believe he intended for us to use them.how can it be dangerous to use them in the field of science when it is science that saves lives?their are always going to be jerks in the world that take things to the extreme. but on the whole, don't you think that science has improved our quality of life?

Well, this argument has been held for centuries. And there are still now and then a bunch of wackos that will stick to the same old views.

Science is the work of man. That is, science comprises some of man's attempts to understand God's creation.
The work of the devil is how he has effectively convinced people that their own intelligence is the thing of supreme importance and power in this universe.
