you tell him..you say....i need to tell you something..choke it out of yourself..tell him..I am feeling very close with you..more than just in best friends way..

Well the first step you have already taken...admiting you are in love with your best friend. I would do it in a one on one scenario and just tell him you want to talk to him about something. Then when the two of you do meet up to talk, just tell him. At worse, the feeling won't be mutual, but hopefully you can both still remain as friends.

With a guy, the best solution is usually the simplest - just come out and tell him. If you try to hint at it, he probably won't catch on. We're kind of dumb that way... :(
That may not be the way you'd like to do it, because it puts you out on an emotional limb, but it's the fastest and most reliable way to find out if he returns your feelings.
