Take two shots of rum that you will put in a hot cop of chamomile tea with a fully squeezed lemon before bed time. Do this in the afternoon and in the evening just to be on the safe side. It always works for me my colds last hours not days. Be well always.

sorry, but you're just going to have to reschedule your plans. colds tend to last 14 days and flus maybe a bit longer.
try dayquil and nyquil or mucinex for the symptoms, but there is nothing to speed it along.
another thing you could try is to sleep with a ton of blankets and sweat it out. take a long shower in the morning.

Sleep sleep sleep. There's also this stuff called "Emergency" and "Airborne" and you put in in a drink and it has lots of vitamins and minerals in it. That helps a ton. The main thing is sleep though, and try not to watch too much tv, it' been proven napping is way better for you than being a coush potato.

drink alot of pinapple juice or orange juce something with alot of vitimin c in it and take vitimin c tablets. Every time someone in my family starts to get sick I start taking vitimin c & I never get sick.

try drinking lemon and honey tea(must be hot) and try to keep warm otherwise i think everything else should be k as long as u do that :)
