I know how - I gained about 2-4 pounds a week when I needed to. You eat 6-7 times a day (breakfast, snack,lunch,snack,dinner, 2 snacks) and keep your eating time apart that they're arent too cloes. After your body should be hungier and used to the timing. but if you stop u can lose the weight fast, but eat health, no junk food seriously. Eat lots of protein (fish and white meat mostly) and if u do that day, work out for 15mins (atleast 1-2 times a week)

Most people think that you can gain weight easily by eating fatty foods (which are normally unhealthy) and by doing less exercise. But this is really bad for your health. I know because I was like that once, and I kept on catching illnesses. I would suggest that you should eat a balanced diet and exercise a lot more! That way you can gain more weight from your muscles.

buy high calorie low sugar weight gain powders from sports shops and some health food shops these can give you 4000 calories a day in some cases you will pile it on then

eat 3 portions of pasta a day and drink plenty of beer to put on weight. but this will be unhealthy weight. to put on weight in a healthy manner, try protein foods and eat plenty of them.

I would be very happy if I could give you my extra kilos...so you would gain weight and I would lose weight...
Unfortunately it isn't possible, but it would be fantastic!
I envy you, I would like to be so slim! I'm 5.2 ft tall and my weight is between 138 and 143 pounds, it depends.
I would like to get slim, but most of all I want to be taller (but now I'm 21 years old and I won't grow up anymore unfortunately). I would like to be at least 6 ft tall....

1. live in the kitchen..
2. Double your eating ( if you eat one.. eat two. )
3. add fat rich food.. ice creams..
4. instead of three times food system.. make it .. six times.
5. Have brunch times.. as many as possible..
effectively.. what u eat is what u are..

by eating tons of fatty foods and junk food and chocolate and sweets and burgers and chips etc. and don't do any exercise etc. stay at home watching tv when you're not working or something. warning: this would get you really unhealthy too though.
