I ate oatmeal before one session and I got nausous because it was not enough for me, what should I be eating?

A protein shake (such as GNC Proformance) and some fresh fruit. This will supply the necessary protein and low glycemic carbs you need.

You need some protein and carbohydrates. Oatmeal provides carbs but not protein. Toast with peanut butter provides both. A boiled egg would provide protein. Also make sure you get plenty of water.
