Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. You can if you want to. Just read this book by Shakti Gawain "Creative Visualization" and also "The power of your sub-conscious mind" by Joseph Murphy.
This are powerful books that can change your life positively.

First important point ... NEVER STARVE. Then completely cut off sugar and fats. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Do meditation and pranayam. You will then become a radiant being full of energy and dynamism and even as you will look slim and beautiful.
Take brisk walks for everyday for half an hour twice a day. Drink enough glasses of water and juices. Also take your evening meals early. Avoid eggs and non-vegetarian foods.
There is more but to start with this is good.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow.

There is no easy way but to exercises, this means just walk-Jog-Swim. You do not need to join club or Gym Or buy fancy equipment.

I am going to say this one last time. YOU CAN'T. There is ONLY one way to live: eat right and exercise plain and simple. You can do small exercises to begin with (ten minutes of crunches each day) and then go from there. We start to burn fat after twenty minutes of exercise so walking for 40 minutes each day is better. And for god sakes throw away the horribly wretched machine called your television... if ever there was a contraption built specifically to make us dumb and fat, tv is it. good luck.

Your body...DOES need excersise to stay healthy and be fit! But theres is a diet plan suddenlyslim, you will lose 10 pounds in 10 days. its a very strict diet and you have to be active for 30 min a day. It works well! ive used it twice.
