Sorry, but we look for looks first (just like girls do with guys). It takes a good personality to make the relationship go for more than a couple of dates, but if the looks are not there, the personality doesn't much matter.

I look at looks because you can't SEE someone's personality! If it weren't for the internet, it'd be almost impossible to get to know someone's personality before seeing what they looked like. Personality takes time to uncover while a simple glance will tell me whether or not I'm attracted to someone. If I find someone to be unattractive, I'll still usually get to know them, but I certainly won't date them. To be satisfied in a relationship, you must be physically atracted to someone as well as be compatible personality-wise. Anything else is going to eventually dissatisfaction with the relationship.

The look takes the first place. It is like seeing clouds and knowing it is going to rain. The personality and everything makes her even more adorable

well when you cant really look at her personality first until you talk to her so I look at the eyes first then talk and get to know her

Personality because if the female in question has none what good is that? looks are not that important because as long as i like her she is beautiful to me and that is all that matters

By what they look like, when i see someone walking down the street or whatever i see their shape, their looks. You can't "see" their personality.
