Bad genes seems to be a good excuse these days for hair, but will proper care you can get any kind of hair you want.
To make your hair bouncy remember to condition really well, use a spray-in conditioner afterwards, and let your hair air dry. Once your hair is dry, wrap hair in hot rollers for 10 minutes and voila you have bouncy hair. It just takes the right tools and good products to get beautiful hair.
I wear my hair straight, but when I go for the bouncy look I follow the above steps.

To get bouncy hair is to wash it and roll it piece by piece but have very large rollers if not you will have tight curls. If you have a sit under dryer it's best to use that if not Blow dry it your self, then 30 minutes or so feel the rollers to feel if its dry if it is then take them out you will have loose curls then come your hair into a bouncy style your hair will be bouncy. Oh I do have bouncy hair.

Yeah my hair is bouncy and soft....good care and genes.
I very rarely use any heat on my hair....I keep it conditioned but I think the biggest thing is every 6 weeks I go in for a trim.

The best thing to do is to trim it regularly and to have it in a good condition. If you colour your hair often try and do it less because it burns your hair. Also try and use good products, salon if possible because they actually are better than the ones in a pharmacy. If you dont wanna spend to much on gd quality tresemé is actually pretty gd. And if u can try and put 1 product only in your hair, not gel but mousse is better for you

Clean, healthy fine hair is usually bouncy.
Mine is not bouncy because it is thick and wiry.
