The ONE, being LIFE could only continue (continuum) what IT was.
LIFE is because the ONE is alive. We have to see the UNIVERSE and the GALAXIES and the SOLAR SYSTEMS as living entities and that LIFE as well as INTELLIGENCE is everywhere and is not a "special" condition that just popped into being some thousand or million years ago...
The ONE IS, was always and is not going anywhere.
We are all ONE. ONE (CREATOR) is ALL (CREATION)
Mankind has to UNITE so as to stop the wars and the conflicts.
ALL, including women, children, animals, plants, crystals and matter are ALL inside the ONE... The ONE has to be ALIVE and INTELLIGENT. THE ALL is ALIVE and INTELLIGENT. Some of the ONE's creations or evolutions, are even "self conscious" (awake) or "intellectual", like "homo sapiens".
Religions as the "opiates of the masses" tries to put "homo sapiens" back to sleep with "myths" and children's stories and fantasies. Meditators in their "navel gazing" speak of "intoxication" as their desired state. It is mostly a state of "self involvement".
While the religious pray and the meditators are "intoxicated" with their own "hormones" the family, the friend, the society and the planet suffer. Prayer and meditation and tears are not enough.
Food and shelter and nurturing and companionship is what is needed out there, not one more 'religion' or one more "meditation group" buidling still more temples and more churches and taking care of the 'wealthy" as the poor and the sick are left in the cold and the children are left to grow up alone and "anti" social... ONE cannot blame them.
It seems that the more spiritual the society, the more poor and suffering among the masses.
The ONE does not created that; Religion and People do.
The ONE, like the Sun, shines on ALL. The ONE does not need Prayers, or Meditators reaching a "Mythic Goal".
The ONE demands Nothing from ALL... THE ONE is ALIVE and WE are the ones that have to "DO" something if we want it done.
The ONE is doing What IT IS!! BEING!!!
Creating the HOLOGRAM is our job....

I can see why the site in question can be confusing. However, the Abrahamic renditions in the Bible and Quran are at least as confusing - and with a massive doses of cruelty to boot.
Since the Abrahamic traditions are very skimpy on God's purpose or intentions, one can only make assumptions. Most theologians associated with these traditions usually shroud the subject in cryptic statements about "His plan will be revealed to all," which is theological double-speak for "We don't have a clue."
However, we can make some educated guesses from the tenor of some of His major "commands." The writings we think of as the first 3 commandments convey a general message from God; "You had better believe in me and give me your total respect. I am the most important thing in the universe." In human terms this is called vanity. So as far as I can see, if we accept the tenets of Judeo-Christian-Muslim traditions, we are here to praise, sing to, adore, obey, and otherwise aggrandize a kind of ego we wouldn't give the time of day to here on earth.

What does it really mean to be human? Do we just exist for a short time and then disappear forever? Or were we created for a special purpose? What sets us apart from the animal world? What makes us different from any of the other living creatures? In this lesson you will discover biblical answers to these questions, which will provide us with an accurate understanding of our human destiny and shed some seriously needed light on the mystery of our existence.
The U.S. librarian of Congress emeritus, Daniel J. Boorstin, recently observed: "Throughout history the human race has sought answers to the fundamental questions of life: Who are we and why are we here?"
These are vital questions every man and woman should ask. We should add some others: What is man? Why do we exist? What is our destiny? Why were we created?
From a strictly physical standpoint, people are but physiological and chemical phenomena. That is, we are made of matter—out of "the dust of the ground," as the Bible puts it.
But what does it really mean to be human? Do we just exist for a short time and then disappear forever? Or were we created for a special purpose? What sets us apart from the animal world? What makes us different from any of the other living creatures?
Direct, unvarnished biblical answers to these questions will provide us with an accurate understanding of our human destiny and shed some seriously needed light on the mystery of our existence

God created everything for his pleasure.
Life goes far beyond Adam and Eve -- who were created on the sixth day.
Life was created on the fifth day.
Also the "day" of God and that of a person is not the same increment of time.
Science cannot date the birth of 'Adam and Eve'. That would require evidence for observation and testing which has not been found.

i wanted to glib, and clever-ish here, but seeing the depth of the question....
the correct translation is not "God" big G created us in his image
it is Eloquim or "the manifold gods" said let us create (a) man in OUR image...
the land of nod---see genesis-- was already populated when Adam and Eve were created, in any case, therefore they were NOT the first humans, and further, there was an "ex-wife to adam ((lilith)) who was created from the same 'dust' as adam, but was found by the eloquim to be unsatisfactory as she was strongwilled and would not submit to adam or the gods, and was therefore zapped by them, and replaced with subserviant eve, made from the rib, to be submissive, if you've ever wondered about that, thre's an answer in advance for ya,
but I believe the answer to your question is
"because the gods were bored little kids who wanted something to do"
(and no im not being an A55 about it although the phraseology of my answer is somewhat in that vein...)

We are eternal we always existed. God is love and love means relationship. We are part and parcel of Him to be in a loving relationship with him. But love also means free will. So those who envy Him fall to the material world (1/4th) of the souls only come here. Everyone else is enjoying loving pastimes in bliss in the spiritual abode. We are here in the material creation trying to be the Lord but it never works out. We have all of the qualities of God but not in the same quantity like a drop of water compared to the ocean. (drop has same qualities of ocean but is not the whole ocean. Go to http://www.stephen-knapp.com to get the full picture get the Book How The Universe Was Created and our Purpose in it

The main reason why god created life is to know the truth of your birth. Normally people think that life is to do something but in reality life is not to do something but to do something special. Particularly lord Krishna says that doing KARMA one can achieve the highest pinakle of a humans life. Doing Karma is nothing but do the job you have to do and do not expect the result. Its only in the human life that we have the sense of good and bad, the power of discrimination. We in the human life have to gain the power to overcome evils of life (ie) kama krodha lobha mada and ascharyas. You can know the life of a human by just not studying GITA but you just read the life histories if Ramakrishna paramahansa and swamy vivekananda.

You are so full of it. God created Adam and Eve. Eve was the mother of ALL mankind.
Genesis 3:20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
Your science is a liar and I am going with a sure thing which is placing my faith and confidence in the Lord and not in man.
1 Timothy 6:20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called
Psalms 118:8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
.That website is designed to confuse you because it is the creation of satan. God is the truth and the only way in life. He created it and He will destory it along with all the evil in it. Praise the Lord. I will be going with Him.

God likes to watch. He's a prankster. Think about it. He gives man instincts. He gives you this extraordinary gift, and then what does He do? I swear for His own amusement, his own private, cosmic gag reel, He sets the rules in opposition. It's the goof of all time. Look but don't touch. Touch, but don't taste. Taste, don't swallow. And while you're jumpin' from one foot to the next, what is he doing? He's laughin' His sick, fuckin' *** off. He's a tight-***. He's a sadist.
