Can't the community have your questions deleted too?

there are moderators on this site and they have put in keywords that if used will send a message to them and they will check it out and, if necessary, delete the post

edit: also if someone reports abuse then the moderator will check out the question, but no person other than the poster or moderators can delete questions/answers
