I do, he's the dictator of Lybia, has been for decades. Back in the 1980s, he was harboring terrorists in Lybia and the US bombed Lybia hoping to take him out but missed. Diplomatic relations were in the toilet until the late nineties when he started to warm back up to the US. Then in recent years he willingly gave into the US on many security concerns including the Terrorists he was harboring. Relations have improved with Lybia pretty well since then, to the point that the US has reopened their embassies in Lybia, and Qaddafi is being hailed as a great leader by the Bush Administration.

Yeah, he rolled over real quick when we invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, he got rid of his WMD's and started working with our security service in getting some of the terrorists. Seems he truned a new page, for the moment anyway.
