he keeps on screaming "I want to play - start the game" and so on ... I've never seen anyone so frustrated because of not being able to play a computer game :D

Yes it is defenately German. He is says things like "I want to play Unreal Tournement" "Load the game" "I've killed him" and uses some bad insults I don't want to repeat here...
