No where in the Bible does it say that God has a long white beard.

It does say no man has seen God at any time. No man could look upon God and live, because He is holy & perfect in every way.

God doesn't have a form like man. He is Spirit. He fills the whole heaven and earth, universe, etc.

He doesn't. that is just some artists idea. He is the most beautiful eternally youthful person with a complexion the color of a Monsoon raincloud, reddish lips and lotus petal shaped eyes. There is a full description of Him in the Srimad Bhagavatam go to http://www.stephen-knapp.com everything is there you could possibly want to know about God. Including what He does and we do in the spiritual abode.

Just because you see pictures of God with a beard doesn't mean he has one, they paint pictures of him with a beard to display wisdom within him

Actually no one knows what God looks like and in fact, the Bible prohibits the making of anything material to "stand in" for God including statues, crucifixes and portraits. Under the Bible rules they are all considered idols.

The 4th and 5th commandment pertaining to this:

4You shall not make for yourself an image, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
5You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me,
