Cause I have like this sporadic stinging sensation in my feet and I dont really know how to look it up on the internet.

Type in medical problems, questions about diseases, anything like that. There are a lot of websites that have encyclopedias of symptoms, medicines, etc...Best bet, however is to go to the doctor. It sounds like you have poor circulation from your description though. Good luck.

doctors.com or drugs.com are good ones. It sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your back. Does the burning sometimes come down your leg, your right leg?
