Sorry Cap't and Meg but if unicorns had ever really existed, there would be skeletal or fossil evidence. Unicorns were the European envisioning of the rhinoceros that returning travelers described. They became a symbol for the power of sexual innocence.

I doubt it. There would be a verse that said "and the horses with the one large horn died on the eve of the thirty and two day". If they did exist they were died long before the flood.
