Drink lots of water, get rid of sugary and sodium foods, don't eat alot of fat snacks, and eat a little bit of each food for dinner(ex. a handful of spaghetti, and small amount of chicken, light sauce, a glass of water and one scoop of ice cream). And eat lean fish!!

Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This program works to remove the toxins in the body that are stored in the fat cells. You cannot get rid of the fat cells unless you get rid of the toxins. We get toxins from pesticides, preservatives, fast food additives, chemicals, pollution, smoke etc… I have been on Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast and Atkins. All work great for a few weeks then the weight loss slows to 1 or 2 pounds a week and the motivation drops. This was my first experience with cleansing and it worked wonderful! You can order at 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it works and is worth every penny! Give it a try and good luck!

DON'T!!! Make it a lifestyle change or you will gain back all you lose and then some when you get off it. With a lifestyle change you will stay at the target weight and keep it off and be much healthier. Leave off as much of the high fat meats and go for the veggies, fruits and some nuts to make up for the protein and you will have the best diet around. Need more info, just drop me a line.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Drink at least 48 oz of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain breads and less red meats. Check with weight Watchers it is not a diet yet a different change in eating. You can eat ANYTHING in lower amounts.
