There is no immediate relationship or tendency between the epilepsy and OCD ( Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) at all. Yes,the epilepsy is a neurologically based condition, as Obsessive Compulsive disorder is classified to mental ones. We could talk about some of the medicines,which are used for treatment of OCD and epilepsy,such as Benzodiazepines(the most commonly used is Rivotril),anti epileptic drugs used in both medical conditions. That's all.

No more than anyone else. Epilepsy is a physical condition, while compulsive disorders are actually mental and need to be treated accordingly.
