What do you mean naughty? Do you mean like being bad? Or looking at stuff he shouldn't? How do u know? You don't have to punish him unless he does it again. Then you can think of a way.

Buy a roll of butter scotch lifesavers and take the shower head of and put them up the pipe(sans wrapper) put the shower head back on and wait for the fun. As the water melts the candy it will get all over him and TA DA ! sticky situation!
