She doesn't care who the person is. She just has to be in total control of everything and everyone. She is nice to the people she talks about, when she sees them. She thinks she is at no fault for anything she says or does to other people. She even acts this way towards her grandchildren and other relatives.

Maybe she's just a control freak? And maybe she thinks she's better than everyone?
Either she needs to just chill out and get on some kind of medication to calm her down or just stay away from her.

It sounds hormonal or some sort of depression, mental thing going on.

Change of Life may be?

Is she the oldest sibling? If she is, maybe she's always felt like she was the one in charge. and still acts like she is.

She can't be happy with the way she's acting, so may be you could suggest going to a few counseling sessions with her, or visit a doctor.

Let her know how this affects all the family.

She is bipolar and requires a mental health specialist. I would recommend a full frontal lobotomy as this has the effect of removing most hostile impulses but induces vacant stares and drooling at social events.

She needs to stop blaming this on her periods and get a grip. Tell her to grow up and take responsiblity for her own actions.

your sister sounds like she has a severe depression problem. Believe me she will get to the point where she will seek help. just keep telling her you love and forgive her.

she has mood swings called manic- depressive
this is also a form of schizophrenia
it is a common mental illness
medication can help her

Sounds like my nutty sister.She's bipolar but is also a drunken drug addict with a me me me attitude.Oh,and the meds don't help,she's too far gone.
